Multitask and manage multiple caller interactions simultaneously
Requirements:
At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
English proficiency and strong communication skills
Proven problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
Ability to remain empathetic and compassionate in difficult or tense situations
Accurate typing and keyboard skills, with comfort using PC and internet navigation
Wired internet connectivity with speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
