• Are 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Can communicate clearly and professionally
• Are comfortable using basic tech (Zoom, email, etc.)
• Have a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and love helping people
