Position Overview
Title: Customer Service Representative – Multi‑Channel Support Specialist
Employment Type: Full‑time (typically Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm)
Location: arenaflex Headquarters, Azle, TX (initially remote while the new headquarters is being built, transitioning to on‑site full‑time by summer‑fall 2025)
Compensation: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour, with an expected 35–45 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound phone calls, live chat messages, and email inquiries, delivering accurate information and heartfelt assistance.
Welcome and guide customers in the arenaflex showroom, showcasing products, answering questions, and facilitating a seamless in‑person experience.
Accurately record and maintain customer information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and privacy compliance.
Process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims with precision and efficiency.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns, turning challenges into opportunities for delight.
Craft clear, friendly, and well‑written email communications that reflect the arenaflex brand voice.
