If you enjoy working with people, have great organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their dry cleaning and laundry needs.
Receive and inspect garments, noting any special instructions or concerns and tagging those that may need hand spotting or stain treatment.
Ensure orders are accurately tagged to be laundered or dry cleaned.
Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and payments.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Follow the Company protocol for new customer sign-ups.
Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or retail (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
Comfortable using computers and POS systems.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday-Friday from 8:45am-6pm including occasional Saturdays from 10am-5pm when needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs as necessary.
