What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support student and patient processes through various communication channels
Assist with admissions, enrollment, registration, and financial aid processes
Utilize ERP and CRM systems to review student records and assist with enrollment
Schedule patient appointments and navigate Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Ensure compliance with university policies and HIPAA regulations
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
One year of customer service experience
Proficient in English and Spanish (Preferred)
Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
Experience using Banner, Recruit, and/or Avaya systems
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Associate or Bachelor's degree
Experience in higher education, student services, or healthcare
Knowledge of academic programs, policies, and regulations
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Experience with NextGen and/or Avaya systems
