What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Provide exceptional customer service across various communication channels including voice, email, web chats, texts, and faxes
? Assist students with Admissions, Enrollment, Registration, and Financial Aid processes
? Use ERP and/or CRM systems to review and manage student records
? Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals in accordance with clinical and insurance requirements
? Ensure compliance with health information regulations and university policies
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? One (1) year of customer service experience
? Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
? Proficient skills in problem-solving, active listening, and effective communication
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Associate or Bachelor's degree
? Experience in higher education, student services, or healthcare
? Knowledge of academic programs and federal regulations
? Familiarity with Banner, Recruit, and/or Avaya systems
? Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
