Assist clients with booking issues, inquiries about services, and other client concerns. Maintain a deep understanding of Bnberry's products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Document customer interactions, feedback, and any necessary follow-up actions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide feedback and insights from clients to help improve products and services. Participate in training sessions to keep up to date with product offerings and customer service best practices.
