As a Customer Service Representative at Hobby Lobby, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously, and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities


Provide exceptional customer service through email and incoming calls, responding promptly and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette and be reasonable via phone, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Communicate effectively via email, crafting clear, concise, and detailed messages that meet customer needs.
Handle individual customer situations to completion, providing resolution and follow-up as necessary.
Enter data into various computer applications to track incoming requests and maintain accurate records.
Participate in other office projects as assigned, contributing to the team's success and growth.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers at all times, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.


Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:


Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to provide written communication that is free from spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Self-motivation and ability to work without direct supervision.
