• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in typing and computer skills, including familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Flexibility with scheduling and work hours
• Experience in both inbound and outbound environments

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to provide accurate information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints or problems, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
• Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges according to company policies.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers experiencing product-related issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including complaints, inquiries, and resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to customers, contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications
• At least one year of previous high-volume call center experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Must be a peer leader with exemplary attendance, positive attitude, and professional conduct
• Driven by success and a desire to innovate and excel in the industry
• Pleasant phone demeanor and ability to adapt to different customer personalities

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience Requirements

• Experience working with an automatic dialer is a plus
