About This Opportunity

As a Remote Customer Service Representative specializing in healthcare at arenaflex, you'll serve as the vital bridge between members and their healthcare coverage. Navigating complex healthcare benefits – helping members understand their insurance coverage, explaining benefits details, verifying eligibility, and guiding them through the intricacies of their healthcare plans
Handling appeals and grievances – assisting members who wish to appeal coverage decisions or file grievances, ensuring their concerns are documented accurately and escalated appropriately
Technical support for medical devices – providing troubleshooting assistance for medical equipment, guiding members through setup processes, and connecting them with appropriate technical resources when needed
Assessing and addressing member needs – efficiently evaluating incoming calls to determine the nature of inquiries and provide accurate, effective solutions that meet member needs
Maintaining comprehensive documentation – accurately recording all interactions, actions taken, and member information in our multiple computer systems to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulations

Essential Qualifications

Previous customer service experience – Minimum of 6 months in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, call center, or similar environments accepted)
Educational background – Verifiable High School diploma or GED equivalent
Technical proficiency – Basic computer navigation skills and solid PC knowledge, including familiarity with standard software applications

Residency requirement – Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
