Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer support to customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude
Handle inbound calls in a timely manner and manage outbound calls as necessary
Research and verify information provided by customers utilizing online resources
Follow communication scripts provided while handling various technical topics and issues
Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions to customer inquiries
Provide customers with product and service information as needed
Continuously learn and train to maintain and expand your product knowledge and customer service skills
Update job and product knowledge by participating in ongoing educational opportunities
Manage and update customer data by entering and editing customer information
Essential Qualifications
Professional work ethic and strong phone and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage your time effectively
Active listening skills with the ability to resolve customer issues
Basic computer skills utilizing Microsoft Windows and browser-based applications
Minimum typing speed of 25wpm
Ability to identify and escalate priority issues
Quiet workspace and high-speed internet connection
Bi-lingual skills a plus but not required (Spanish or French)
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Previous customer service experience
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Experience working in a remote environment
