Responsibilities:


Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions
Upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits and value to customers
Demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide a world-class customer service experience
Provide information about current plans and products, and identify new solutions that align with customer needs
Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy


Requirements:


High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED
Quiet, secured workspace
Must live in Texas to apply
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
Must be able to thrive in a highly structured environment with open availability (evenings and weekends required)
