Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative based in our vibrant Fredericksburg, VA office, you will serve as the first point of contact for arenaflex policyholders. You’ll handle a diverse range of inquiries—from billing questions and policy adjustments to providing thoughtful insurance recommendations. Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and respond to digital inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
