Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is the face of arenaflex. In this role, you will greet guests, handle phone and in‑store orders, operate the point‑of‑sale system, and ensure each pizza is crafted to our exacting standards. You’ll also maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold the professional image that defines arenaflex in Seattle.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Interaction: Welcome every customer with a genuine smile, answer questions about the menu, and suggest complementary items to enhance the dining experience.
Order Management: Accurately input orders into the register, process payments, and communicate special requests to the kitchen team.
Product Consistency: Follow arenaflex preparation guidelines to ensure each pizza meets brand quality and taste expectations.
Cash Handling & Tips: Add, subtract, and make change for orders while responsibly handling tip distribution in accordance with company policy.

Team Collaboration: Support teammates during peak periods, pitch in on secondary tasks, and share ideas for process improvements.

Safety & Physical Demands: Safely lift up to 50 lb, stand, walk, bend, and squat throughout the shift.

Qualifications – Required & Preferred
Required

Minimum high school education or equivalent.
Prior customer‑service experience (retail, food service, or hospitality) is a plus but not mandatory.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred

Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
