Assist customers with order placement, product information, and any questions they may have.
Resolve basic customer queries and issues with enthusiasm and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Learn about the products we offer in order to provide accurate information and recommendations.
Document customer interactions and feedback accurately for continuous improvement.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
No previous experience in customer service required; however, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.
Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for customer service and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
