Requirements:
Previous experience in a related role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
