Customer Service Representative - Firearms Industry (Remote)
Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Submission Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting customers in the firearms industry, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer paperwork, and providing a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to customers to validate and review paperwork, and submit accurate paperwork for further review.
Update and maintain customer account information, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
Identify and resolve document issues, determine root causes of problems, and provide solutions.
Expedite corrections or adjustments, rebook appointments if needed, and ensure prompt and reliable service to all customers.
Multitask efficiently, managing multiple tasks such as typing, data validation, and customer interaction simultaneously.
Requirements:
1 year of customer service or customer support experience.
1 year of previous call center or office background experience.
Technical savvy, with ability to toggle between multiple programs and dual monitors.
Previous remote work experience a plus.
Quick learner, able to work independently, and type 35 words per minute accurately.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills, active listening, and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle demanding customers while remaining calm and professional.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: $14.50/hour, plus shift differential and possible increase after 90 days.
Full-time position, 40 hours per week, with set shifts from 8:30am-5:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday.
Paid training: 1 week in length, from 8:00am-5:00pm (CST), Monday-Friday.
