As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers, ensuring they have the information they need to make informed decisions Maintain customer records by updating account information, ensuring our systems are up-to-date and accurate Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring consistency and quality in our customer interactions Collaborate with team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to our systems and tools Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to ensure our customers receive support when they need it While customer service experience is a plus, it's not required.
