Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries regarding blithequark products (websites and marketing materials) in a timely and professional manner. Handle complex customer complaints and escalated issues with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately documented and easily accessible. Collaborate with internal departments, including product development, to report issues, provide feedback, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Offer insights and feedback to management on customer preferences, pain points, and emerging trends. Participate in ongoing training and product updates to stay abreast of blithequark's offerings and industry developments. Manage and efficiently resolve a ticket backlog, prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction. Perform other related duties as assigned, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to adapt to evolving needs. Essential Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. A strong capacity for learning and adapting quickly to new environments, products, and processes. Proficiency in English, with fluency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding. The ability to work effectively in both independent and team-oriented settings, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills. A typing speed of at least 50 words per minute, ensuring efficient and accurate communication. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a similar industry or with complex product offerings. A background in handling escalated customer issues and resolving them to the customer's satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools. Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
