Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Contact Center Representative. As a vital part of our US-Based Security Services company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including inbound calls, outbound calls, and e-mail support. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, address inquiries, resolve issues, and uphold the high standards of our security services.
Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing information about our security services.Make outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns, service feedback, and ensure overall satisfaction.Respond to customer emails promptly, professionally, and accurately.Provide assistance with account management, billing inquiries, and service-related questions.Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution.Stay informed about the latest security services and industry updates to effectively communicate with customers.
Job Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications is a plus.At least 2 years of BPO customer service experience, preferably in the security services industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
