Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a call center agent or customer service representative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong listening skills and ability to empathize with customers.
- Proficient in using computers and call center software.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
