Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and business operations to effectively support customer needs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, supply chain, and logistics teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and industry expertise.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A Bachelor's degree from a fully accredited four-year institution or equivalent work experience.
Experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) service organization or equivalent job experience (1 year preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products (Office 365, Dynamics) is preferred.
Distribution, supply chain, or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
