You must live within 60 miles of the 77079 area in Texas.
Must have experience with customer retention & customer acquisitions.
This position would be Monday-Friday 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm with a possibility of becoming full-time, however for the foreseeable future they would be part time.
Job Summary:
Ā We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Ā The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ā As well as a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
Ā Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via various channels (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.).
Ā Process and prepare mail and packages for shipping, including labeling, packaging, and arranging courier or postal services.
Ā Provide accurate and efficient assistance to customers by identifying their needs and resolving their issues promptly and professionally.
Ā Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within company guidelines and policies.
Ā Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors for further resolution and follow-up.
Ā Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and other order-related tasks.
Ā Make courtesy outbound calls to customers and record any feedback provided.
Ā Handle irate or upset customers in a calm and professional manner, aiming to de-escalate situations and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications:
Ā Bilingual Ā English/Spanish Is required
Ā Minimum of 1-2 years of Call Center experience
Ā Must have experience with customer retention & customer acquisitions.
Ā Utility experience a plus.
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette.
Ā Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ā Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
