Key Responsibilities:
Engage with members to understand their health needs and provide personalized support
Review member claim history for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
Explain member rights and responsibilities, ensuring they are informed and empowered
Build trusting relationships with members, fostering a positive and supportive experience
Perform financial data maintenance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
1-3 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
Preferred: Previous experience in behavioral health, medical, or insurance industry
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
