They are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service to their sales reps, customers, and internal teams.ResponsibilitiesResponds to a minimum of 40 calls per day in an inbound call centerMaintain a strong performance against established key performance indicatorsInput and modify customer orders in SAP systemProvide status of orders, quotes, returns, product audits, credits and invoice rebill requestsTrack order shipments and provide proof of delivery upon requestProvide basic account balance information for account invoices due to paymentMay be required to processes customer credit card paymentsProcess document requestsProcess credit and debit memo requests that fall within department policyAnswer common product questions as first line of responseResolve transactional discrepancies and customer complaintsOther duties as assignedSkillsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum 1 year experience in an inbound call centerEffective verbal and written communication skillsBasic computer skills and the ability to navigate company internal and external websitesMicrosoft Office knowledge including, but not limited to, Outlook, Word and ExcelPossesses entry-level problem solving skillsAbility to maintain customer-focus and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentBasic maintenance, repair and operational (MRO) product knowledgeSAP experiencePrevious manufacturing/distribution and sales experienceBenefitsVisionDentalMedicalRetirement benefitsPaid holidayPTO packageCompany OverviewLawson Products is an industrial distributor of maintenance and repair products.
