About the Role: Customer Service Representative APAC (Remote, Contract) We're on the lookout for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our APAC team on a remote contract basis. This pivotal role is all about developing and nurturing customer relationships that promote retention, loyalty, and ultimately, campaign success. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the linchpin in ensuring our clients are not only satisfied with our services but are also positioned for success through our tailored demand generation solutions. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of named accounts, ensuring their campaign objectives are met and exceeded. Trusted Advisor: Serve as an expert in blithequark offerings, providing insightful recommendations and solutions that address client needs and drive campaign success. Collaboration & Campaign Execution: Work closely with internal subject matter experts to deliver high-quality campaign leads and ensure client satisfaction with the outcomes. Sales Team Collaboration: From proposal to delivery, collaborate with the Sales team to identify and ensure the feasibility of delivery options, integrations, and other operational aspects that impact client satisfaction. Account Documentation: Create, coordinate, and maintain comprehensive account documentation, including reports, RFPs, and strategic recommendations that drive account growth. Post-Sale Account Management: Be accountable for post-sale account management, focusing on excellent customer service, effective communication, streamlined onboarding processes, and driving account growth. Essential Qualifications & Skills To excel in this role, you should possess: A minimum of two years of experience in account management and/or customer success/service, preferably in a similar industry or function. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage a large client base (30+ clients) simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail. A proven track record of working collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Strong problem resolution skills, with the ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively. Logical thinking to diagnose and resolve issues ranging from basic to intermediate complexity, with the judgment to recognize when escalation is necessary. Proficiency in using and learning various software tools, including MS Office (Excel), custom-built software, CRM systems, and ticketing/tracking systems. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, complemented by a strong empathy for customers and their success, ensuring a client-centric approach in all interactions. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications can significantly enhance your candidacy: Experience in demand generation or a related field, providing a deeper understanding of the industry and its challenges. Familiarity with the APAC region, its market dynamics, and client expectations. Previous experience working with remote teams and managing clients across different time zones.
