As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and patients, resolving routine customer requests, and working collaboratively with our team to drive business performance and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as a liaison between blithequark, our customers, and patients, providing timely and accurate information to resolve customer inquiries and requests * Resolve routine customer requests via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet, using protocol procedures and excellent communication skills * Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution, providing additional education and information as needed * Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting blithequark's products and services * Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions, providing accurate and timely information to customers * Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner, reviewing test forms for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies * Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, including administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to ensure HIPAA compliance **Schedule** * Monday - Friday (9:00 am - 5:30 pm) EST and alternating Saturdays **Education and Qualifications** * Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent * Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred * Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment * Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, highly desirable * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required * Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent ability to listen and respond, and a courteous customer service orientation * Excellent multitasking abilities required, with strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly * Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable **Benefits** * Comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), Commissions, and Company bonus where applicable * Opportunities for growth, continual development, professional challenge, and the chance to make a real difference in people's lives * Collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity and inclusion * Regular feedback and coaching to support your career growth and development **Why Join blithequark?** * Make a real difference in people's lives by providing exceptional customer service and support * Work in a dynamic and inclusive environment that values diversity and inclusion * Enjoy comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth and development * Collaborate with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional service * Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices through ongoing training and development opportunities **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a real difference in people's lives, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
