Requirements:

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause of the problem
Expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Maintain customer records by updating account information
