The Role and Your Impact:
The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in managing increased customer inquiries during our busy βsuper bowlβ season (October 2025-January 2026), ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Your impact is significant, as you help maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty, directly contributing to Petite Plume's success. This is a seasonal temporary position with 20 hour work weeks, and potential to flex up in hours during our peak weeks.
This role is a temporary, seasonal position and is not benefits-eligible.
Assisting with customer inquiries
β’ Answer customer inquiries via our ticketing system, Gorgias, and over the phone
β’ Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions
Ensure customer satisfaction
β’ Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints with empathy
β’ Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
β’ Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
What experience you need:
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent
β’ Customer service experience

β’ Demonstrate ability to provide outstanding customer service
β’ Focus on quality and attention to detail
β’ Good time-management skills
β’ Ability to multitask
β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
