Job description: JSG is hiring a Order Entry Clerk / CSR (Spanish Speaking is a plus) for a TEMP-HIRE position in Paramount, CA!
PAY RATE: $18
Must be able to work every other SaturdayJob Description:The Customer Service Representative is expected to maintain, build, and create strong relationships with our customers. He/she should represent the company in a positive light by helping our customers to the best of her abilities, striving for continuous improvement. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Must be able to type 50 WPM
Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
Process orders and do any necessary follow-up or call-backs
Have an up-to-date knowledge on the companys products and specials
Interact and help outside sales representatives with customer requests/inquiries
Maintain our customer database
Provide excellent customer service for walk-in customers
Assist customers in placing their orders by providing product knowledge
Understand and learn company internal processes
Receive and resolve customer issues in a professional manner
Process online quotations and orders
Help create driver route sheets
Complete all other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
