Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experience As a Customer Service Operations Support Administrator at blithequark, you will be the linchpin in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Your responsibilities will include: Handling a wide range of customer enquiries received through various channels, including telephone calls and emails. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and departments to investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently. Utilizing your Customer Relations skills to take ownership of customer enquiries, ensuring positive outcomes and customer satisfaction. Providing feedback and suggestions to improve processes and prevent future customer issues. Working closely with diverse internal teams and corporate functions to gain a deeper understanding of our operations. Participating in exciting projects and potentially working directly with some of our clients. Essential Qualifications and Skills: The Ideal Candidate To excel in this role, you should possess: A high school diploma or equivalent level qualifications. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences. Experience in training, teaching, or coaching is desirable. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively. A keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. A curious mindset, with the ability to investigate and seek out answers across multiple technological platforms.
