We're searching for a Customer Service & Operations Generalist who can wear multiple hats and thrive in a startup environment. While the primary responsibility is delivering exceptional customer service, this role will also support operations, marketing initiatives, and project management tasks. **Key Responsibilities:**
### Customer Service (Primary Focus)
* Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media, providing timely and empathetic responses to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Track and manage warranty claims, repairs, and replacements, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
### Marketing Support
* Help execute social media campaigns, including responding to comments and engaging with the community to build brand awareness and loyalty.
* Coordinate customer reviews, testimonials, and user-generated content initiatives to showcase our products and values.
* Contribute to marketing material development, from email templates to blog content, helping to tell the arenaflex story.
### Project Management
* Lead or support cross-functional projects that improve efficiency and customer experience, utilizing project management skills to drive results.
* Manage timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
