GCSAA is a non-profit, membership-driven association focused on serving its members and advancing the profession of golf course management. They are seeking a Customer Service Member Solutions Coordinator to process membership checks, assist with membership reclassifications, and support the call center team while providing excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesProcess the daily membership check batchReclassify membershipsPrint membership cardsServe as a primary call center team memberAssist with the annual conference and trade showSkillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and team membersOrganizational skills and ability to thoroughly review documents for accuracy while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsMust adhere to the GCSAA service standards, bylaws and deadlines while processing daily membership batchesMust be able to travel to the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show (5-6 days annually) and provide onsite support for registration operationsMust have a minimum of one (1) year experience working in a professional office performing general administrative or accounting duties and providing superior customer serviceSolid knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) requiredMust live within a commutable distance from our headquarters in Lawrence, KSValued, but not required, an associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with the game of golf is a plus but not requiredBenefitsGenerous paid leaveA hybrid work scheduleCommunity involvement opportunitiesCompany OverviewGolf Course Superintendents Association of America provides golf courses.
