About the position
The Customer Service Logistics Administrator at Richemont in Fort Worth, Texas, is responsible for managing the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments. This role ensures that all shipping processes are executed accurately and efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. The administrator will handle various tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management, adhering to strict security and procedural guidelines.
Responsibilities
Process spare parts and stock reception, packing and unpacking local and international shipments, intercompany transfers, and stock postings.

Receive and open parcels from carriers in accordance with strict security guidelines.
,
Pack parcels with product and corresponding product packaging in accordance with strict security guidelines.
,
Pack hazmat shipments in accordance with FAA hazmat guidelines and policies.
,
Ensure correct shipping label and documentation is completed according to company policies and procedures.
,
Fill out BOL (Bill of Laden) and Airway bills for local, international, and high value shipments.
,
Assist with managing the Receiving / Unpacking / Shipping Mailbox and provide email responses to incoming inquiries from internal clients.
,
Order packaging and supplies used to support the processes for the department.
,
Deliver incoming items and supplies to internal staging areas based on name of recipient and department.
Requirements
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
,
2+ years of employment in a production-based environment preferred.
,
Previous SAP experience preferred.
,
Ability to be proactive, follow directions, make decisions, problem-solve, and adapt to change.
,
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
,
Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office, Windows.
,
Ability to stand for up to 9 hours.
,
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
,
Ability to handle and operate box cutters, tape machines, tape guns, and air film machine.
