Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a friendly and vibrant welcome to guests as they arrive at the event.
• Improve table utilization by overseeing the waitlist, seating arrangements, and guest flow to enhance overall efficiency.
• Escort invitees to the tables assigned to them and distribute menu options.
• Notify regarding expected wait periods and meet specific seating requests if feasible.
• Create an inviting atmosphere at the entrance and host stand.
• Assist in managing large-scale gatherings and distinctive happenings.
• Attend to guest requests by providing insights into menu offerings and available promotions.
• Aid in the cleaning and resetting of tables to assist the support team as needed.
• Uphold the service and sanitation criteria established by Buffalo Wild Wings.
Qualifications:
