Customer Service Expert – Work From Home

Overview We are seeking motivated and dependable Customer Service Experts to join our growing team. As part of our workforce division, you will provide exceptional support to clients that include Fortune 500 companies and government contracts where customer service is top priority. This is a remote opportunity with flexible scheduling. You will be fully supported through onboarding, training, and production, with room for advancement as our agency expands. Responsibilities • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat. • Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. • Follow detailed scripts, workflows, and guidelines to ensure consistency. • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach with every interaction. • Accurately document customer interactions and escalate issues when needed. • Stay connected with your team and meet performance expectations. Requirements • Previous customer service experience required (call center, retail, hospitality, or similar). • A reliable work-from-home setup, including: • High-speed internet (hardwired connection required). • Laptop or desktop computer (equipment not provided). • Quiet, distraction-free workspace. • Strong communication and active listening skills. • Ability to adapt to different systems and processes. • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage your own schedule. • Remote work experience preferred. An agency fee of $50 is applied, and the remainder of your pay goes directly to you with no taxes taken out upfront. You’ll be responsible for filing and paying your own taxes as an independent contractor, which often means you keep more of your earnings in the moment and have more control over how you manage them.
