Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues while delivering exceptional customer service.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the customer service database.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
