Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Provide information about products and services to customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Meet performance targets and contribute to overall team goals.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer applications and CRM software.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Educational Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
Experience in a call center environment is an advantage.
