Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
Provide information about products and services, process orders, and handle returns or exchanges.
Continuously improve through feedback and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; an Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
