Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment? At arenaflex, we believe that great customer service is the heartbeat of our business, and we're looking for a dynamic leader to join our Cincinnati team as a Customer Service & E-Commerce Supervisor. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of retail operations, mentor a talented team, and ensure that every customer who walks through our doors—or orders online—leaves with a smile.

For decades, arenaflex has been committed to nourishing people and the planet by providing the highest quality groceries while fostering a community-oriented shopping experience. As we continue to expand our e-commerce capabilities, including grocery delivery and curbside pickup services, we need a skilled supervisor to lead these initiatives at the store level. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to be part of something bigger—a movement toward sustainable, community-focused retail that prioritizes both customers and team members alike.

About This Role

As a Customer Service & E-Commerce Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer-facing operations.
