In this role, you will be the first point of contact for families seeking financial assistance for childcare and will guide them through the eligibility and application process. Key Responsibilities:
Assess family eligibility for childcare financial assistance and subsidy programs
Provide clear, culturally sensitive information about available childcare options and local providers
Accurately enter and manage data in online systems to maintain integrity and compliance
Support families in navigating complex childcare systems with empathy and professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and timely support
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Health and Human Services, Call Center, or Client Support role
Bilingual fluency in English and one of the following: Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole
Experience working with diverse communities and multilingual populations
Familiarity with intake or eligibility processes in social service settings
Nice-to-Have:
Prior work with childcare programs, family assistance services, or community outreach
Exposure to case management systems or client databases
Knowledge of Massachusetts childcare subsidy programs
