Job Summary
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via email and chat. You'll work closely with our customer service team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide solutions to our customers' needs. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
Provide information and assistance with flight schedules, fares, and travel policies
Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction and operational goals
Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Bilingual language skills (in certain areas)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Knowledge of airline operations and travel industry
