Customer Service Call Center Representatives Virtual Work From Home Roles

Start Date: Early to mid -October training classes
$13.50 per Hour
Shift: You will work an 8 hour shift between 5:00am - 8:00pm MST, Monday to Saturday
Training: 7:00am-3:30pm MST, Monday to Saturday for the first 2 weeks
$200 Referral Bonus
What you can expect each day:
You will be supporting customers of a major US pharmacy chaina
Agents will receive inbound calls from customers regarding prescriptions, insurance coverage, etc.
Make outbound calls to doctors offices, insurance companies, or customers as necessary.
Do insurance resolutions and benefit verifications.
Resolve cases to ensure customers get the right medications in a timely manner.
Work on Insurance Resolution.
The job requires multitasking, data entry and soft experience using the phone to call.
Able to conduct basic computing and troubleshooting.
Being able to utilize Microsoft Office to go through their emails, set up an online account, and reset a password.
Ability to work in flexible work schedule, including holidays & weekends.
