Remote Customer Relations Rep Job Description
• Provides customer service by responding to a wide variety of customer and member hotel inquiries and requests.
• Resolves guest and member issues to satisfaction.
• Will handle some calls involving angry or upset customers
• Requires knowledge of Customer Relations, Reservations, and Rewards processes, policies and procedures.
• Assists in retaining customers for the brand in order to provide future revenue for the members.
Remote Customer Relations Rep Location:
• FULLY REMOTE (must live in Phoenix area)
Remote Customer Relations Rep Pay
• $20/hour
• Bonus potential $200-$400 a month
• $50 a month towards Wi-Fi Bill
• All equipment provided
Remote Customer Relations Rep Hours
Must have open Schedule availability
7am-8pm Monday-Friday
7am-5pm Saturday-Sunday
Remote Customer Relations Rep Experience
• Call Center
• Customer service
• Inbound calls
• Data Entry
• Dealing with upset customers
2 days off consecutive during the week (5 On 2 Off)
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
