JOB SUMMARY
Focus Services is seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team. Our Focus Services Employees enjoy working in an exciting environment that offers excellent advancement opportunities, competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Your mission should you choose to accept it is to field calls, answer questions, explain product information, and provide customers clarity on their accounts
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Field inbound calls in a professional manner
Respond to and resolve customer questions
Research possible solutions to customer issues
Sell / Up sell products on customers account
Retain customers wanting to cancel
Deescalate angry customers
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient PC and keyboarding skills with ability to multi-task
The ability to type 25 wpm
Good numerical and analytical skills
Skill to communicate effectively with customers
Ability to handle a high stress environment
Willingness to work in a fast pace work environment
Ability to be proactive
Must pass a Background and Drug test
