Ā Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
Ā Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure a well-presented store environment.
Ā Provide information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Ā Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
Ā Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
Ā Supervise junior staff members as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Ā Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
Ā Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
Qualifications
Ā Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
Ā Familiarity with cash registers, POS systems, and cash handling procedures is an asset.
Ā Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
Ā Basic math skills for transaction accuracy are essential.
Ā Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Ā Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members.
Ā A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction is highly valued.
