Collect payments, make change, and process various transactions including voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges

Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service
Maintain a clean, organized checkout area that reflects arenaflex's commitment to professionalism
Store Operations and Merchandising
Keep store counters and shelves well-organized, properly stocked, and neatly merchandised
Take regular inventory and maintain accurate records of stock levels
Check in and price new products as directed by management or shift leaders
Implement company asset protection strategies to identify and minimize profit loss
Ensure compliance with all state and local laws regarding regulated products
Construct and maintain attractive product displays, including promotional, seasonal, and special displays
Complete store resets and revisions as directed by management
Assist with inventory rotation using first-in, first-out methods to minimize waste
Support with both indoor and outdoor maintenance to ensure a clean, orderly store environment
Additional Store Support
Develop working knowledge of store systems and operational software
Assist with online order pickup responsibilities, including monitoring orders, picking items, and delivering orders to customers
Support photo services area operations, including digital passport photos, poster printing, and related services
Follow all company policies and procedures while maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
Complete special assignments and other duties as needed to support team success
