- Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service techniques.
*Requirements:**
- **Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of customer service or related experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Experience in telecommunications or technology industries is a plus.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent. An associate's degree or higher in a related field is preferred but not required.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools, email platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Personality Traits:**
