Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful resource that pet parents turn to when they need assistance with their pet's medications, health products, or general inquiries. Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our customer service team, you will:


Engage directly with pharmacy customers who contact arenaflex for a wide variety of topics, primarily through inbound telephone calls and other communication platforms such as email, chat, and messaging
Respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription medications, over-the-counter products, order status, shipping information, and general pet health questions with accuracy and professionalism
Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, utilizing available resources and tools to address their needs effectively
Follow up as needed to ensure customer issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved, documenting all interactions in our customer relationship management system
Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers by thinking critically and creatively to provide solutions that exceed expectations while maintaining high safety and regulatory standards
Process prescription transfers and coordinate with veterinarians and pharmacies to ensure seamless service for pet parents
Educate customers on proper medication administration, potential side effects, and pet wellness best practices
Handle customer complaints with empathy and patience, working to resolve issues promptly and fairly while protecting the company's reputation
Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction scores, average handle time, and first-call resolution rates
Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product knowledge, company policies, and industry regulations

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in retail, healthcare, or call center settings
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally
Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Ability to pass a comprehensive background check required for Kentucky Pharmacy Technician (Rx Tech) licensing
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant certifications are a plus

Previous pharmacy experience or familiarity with pharmaceutical terminology

Bilingual capabilities (especially Spanish) - we serve a diverse customer base
Understanding of pet health conditions and common medications
