Job Summary Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $15-$18 per hour Working Hours: 40 hours per week Location: California Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide detailed information about products and services, helping customers make informed decisions. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and professional manner. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
